VIVACE SD

Vivace SD is a very heavy duty versatile forming and deep drawing fluid manufactured from a base of mixed solvent refined mineral oils and synthetic base stocks. Extremely high levels of extreme pressure additives, synthetic esters and lubricity additives combine to produce a high performance product suited to many applications, particularly deep drawing where severe draws can be performed in a single operation without unwanted deformation or cracking at the edge of the draw. Incorporation of corrosion preventative additives ensure Vivace SD is nonstaining to both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Viscosity modifiers and tackifying agents ensure the product stays in place during the metal forming operation.
